By accessing or using the website located at postfallsconcreteandmasonry.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Post Falls Concrete & Masonry for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and any other persons who access or use the Site.
Post Falls Concrete & Masonry provides masonry and concrete contracting services to residential and commercial customers in Post Falls, ID and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related masonry work.
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion. Describing services on the Site does not constitute a commitment to perform those services at any particular price or timeline until a written estimate is provided and accepted.
All estimates are provided in writing after an on-site assessment. Verbal estimates or figures discussed during an initial inquiry are not binding. A written estimate reflects the scope of work, materials, and pricing as understood at the time of the assessment.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered once work begins, or if material costs change significantly between estimate and project start. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.
Scheduling is confirmed once a written estimate is accepted and any required deposit is received. We make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed start dates, but scheduling may be affected by weather, supply delays, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a scheduled date needs to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, depending on the work that had been prepared or mobilized for your project. We will communicate any such terms in the project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in each project's written agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are specified in the project agreement.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue. Customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if a balance is referred to collections.
Where required, Post Falls Concrete & Masonry will pull the necessary building permits for structural work. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized in the written estimate. Work requiring a permit will not begin until the permit is issued. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any work performed complies with applicable homeowners association rules, lease agreements, or other private restrictions on the property.
Post Falls Concrete & Masonry warranties specific to completed work are provided in writing in the applicable project agreement. Warranty terms vary by service type and materials used. No oral warranty is binding.
